Chicken Garlic Pasta

2-3 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
4-6 garlic cloves, sliced, or 2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups chopped veggies (zuchinni, carrots, green beans, etc)
8 0z. pasta, any kind, about half a regular box
3-4 Tbsp butter
salt

Drizzle olive oil in saute pan and heat with garlic. Place chicken pieces in pan, add salt for flavoring and heat until cooked. Add chopped veggies. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions. When the veggies are cooked to your taste, add drained pasta to chicken and veggies and add butter. Heat through. Add more olive oil if it looks a little dry.

My sister created this dish when she was on a restricted diet. It's great for using fresh summer veggies! Feel free to experiment with different vegetables.
