1 ~ 8oz package of cream cheese
1 c. of mayonnaise
1T. prepared mustard
1/4 c. of green onions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. of Roast Beef Deli Meat
3/4 lb Turkey Deli Meat
12 slices of Stacker's Pickles (optional)
2 Italian Loaves of Bread
Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix in onions & cheese. Slice loaves of bread in half horizontally and cut out some of the bread in the middle of the loaf. (So the sandwich is not to big to eat. :) Spread the bottom of each loaf with half of the cream cheese mixture. Layer meat and pickles in the sandwich. Put on the top of the loaf and cut into 1-2 inch slices of sandwich.
I LOVE this sandwich! It is perfect for a scrapbooking weekend with the girls! :) You could change the bread to focaccia, or one of the meats to be ham. Any kind of sandwich with this cream cheese spread is delightful!
