Pistachio Cake

1 White Cake Mix
1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
1 c. Oil
1 c. Club Soda (or Lemon Lime Soda)
3 Eggs

Mix together and spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Frosting

1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
1 1/4 c. Milk
8 oz Whipped Topping

Stir pudding and milk until well mixed. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over COOLED cake.

Could it get any easier than that? I never thought of doctoring up a cake mix before.
